6.5 inch is our best-selling surround size, covering the huge range of midrange and woofer drivers used in vintage hi-fi speakers, home theatre systems and car door speakers, typically running an outer diameter of around 155mm to 157mm and an inner diameter close to 105mm. We stock both foam and rubber at this size, so whether your original driver used a foam edge that's dried out and crumbled, or a rubber surround that's split, we can match it. As with our other sizes, you can order the surround only for a DIY fit, or a complete repair kit with two surrounds, T7000 adhesive, a brush and instructions to do both speakers in a pair at once.

Measure the outer diameter at the basket's outer edge rather than the cone, and the inner diameter at the cone's paper edge, since 6 inch and 6.5 inch drivers are easy to confuse. If you're unsure whether this fits your speaker, drop us a message with your make and model and we'll help you check it.
