100% Fit Guarantee

Wrong size or doesn't fit? We'll cover the return — pick a full refund or a free replacement in the correct size, on us.

Will it fit my speaker?

  • OD 195 mm
  • ID 135 mm
  • Foam
  • 8" driver

Fits 5 Tannoy models – see the full list ↓

Not every compatible model is listed. If yours isn't, check the OD and ID or contact us and we'll confirm the fit.

You need this if: the foam ring is crumbling, cracked or missing, the bass sounds weak or "farty", or the cone rattles at volume.

Step-by-step repair video →Doesn't fit? measure your OD & ID and use the Surround Finder.

Fit questions

Do I get one surround or a pair?

A pair. This kit has 2 surrounds, enough to repair both speakers.

My model isn't listed. Will it still fit?

Measure the outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID) of your old surround and compare them with the measurements on this page. If you are unsure, contact us with your measurements and speaker model and we will confirm the fit before you order.

Can I use rubber instead of foam (or foam instead of rubber)?

We recommend matching the material of your original surround. Foam and rubber differ in weight and stiffness, which changes how the woofer moves and how the bass sounds.

  • Outer diameter: 195MM
  • Roll Over Diameter: 180MM
  • Cone Diameter: 150MM
  • Inner Diameter: 135MM
  • Gauge: 0.4mm
  • Model: 8F#1

Repair Kit:

  • 2x surrounds
  • 1x T7000 glue
  • 1x applicator brush
  • 1x paper instructions

Fits models:

Tannoy: PBM-8, PBM8, C-8, C8, C-88, C88, MK-2, MK2, Mercury, Mercury M2, Mercury MK2, DC-100, DC100, DC 100, etc

Bought a pair of mint (apart from the foam I later discovered after introducing them to Dub for the first time) Mission 762’s for £21.50😆. Bought some new drivers which are pretty good and then came across these new surrounds. Surgery has just been completed and the glue is drying. Pretty straight forward to fit but worth taking your time and watching a few vids first. Getting them centred was the tense bit. Fingers crossed they should sound like new again. Great product and seller🔥🔥👍
