JBL is one of the most recognised names in speaker manufacturing, spanning home hi-fi, studio monitors and professional PA cabinets, and we see a huge range of JBL drivers needing refoaming, from the compact Control One (1/1C/1G/SB1/1SE) and Studio-series towers like the S310 and LX55, to the substantial 15" woofers used in the classic Urei 800W/802W-era cabinets. Foam surrounds on JBL drivers fail the same way regardless of size: age and UV exposure dry the material out until it cracks and separates from the cone, causing buzzing, rattling or a serious loss of low-end output. We stock foam repair kits across JBL's full size range, from 6.5" up to 15", matched to the correct OD/ID for each model.

Every kit includes two surrounds, T7000 adhesive, an application brush and clear instructions, enough to refoam a full pair of speakers or a stereo PA setup. We also stock the JBL logo badge separately for anyone wanting to smarten up the grille while they're at it.
