On older Yamaha speakers the foam surround is almost always the first component to fail, hardening and cracking with age and letting the cone move off-axis, which shows up as buzzing, rattling or a noticeable drop in bass.

We carry Yamaha repair kits across the full common size range, from 6" up to 12", each cut to the correct outer and inner diameter for a proper factory-style refit. Every kit includes two surrounds, T7000 adhesive, a brush and full instructions, so you can restore a pair of Yamaha speakers without sourcing a replacement driver.
