Technics, Panasonic's audiophile brand, produced speakers alongside its famous turntables through the 1970s, 80s and 90s, and models like the SB-2070/SBX500 and the larger SB-7000/SB-K400 remain popular with collectors today. As with most speakers of this age, the original foam surround has usually hardened, split or crumbled by now, leaving the cone unsupported and causing buzzing, distortion or weak bass.

We stock Technics repair kits across the sizes used in these models, from 8" up to 15", each cut to the correct outer and inner diameter for a proper factory-style fit, and we also carry replacement Technics badges for cabinets where the original has faded or gone missing. Every kit includes two surrounds, T7000 adhesive, a brush and full instructions.
