Sony has produced huge numbers of hi-fi and car audio speakers over the decades, and models like the XS-8603 remain common in both home systems and vehicle door installations. With age, the factory foam surround hardens, cracks or tears away completely, letting the cone move off-centre and causing buzzing, distortion or a noticeable drop in bass output - a very common fault on Sony speakers that have sat unused for years.

We carry Sony repair kits across the full common size range, from 6" up to 12", each cut to the correct outer and inner diameter for a proper factory-style refit, and we also stock replacement Sony badges for cabinets where the original has faded or fallen off. Every kit includes two surrounds, T7000 adhesive, a brush and full instructions, so you can get a pair of speakers back to full output without sourcing a replacement driver.
