KEF is one of Britain's most respected speaker manufacturers, and older drivers like the B-200 (used in the SP-1236 and SP-1232 cabinets) and the compact KAR-110 mid-bass unit are still highly regarded by collectors and restorers. The foam surrounds on these classic KEF drivers dry out and crack with age just like any other brand, and once the seal has gone the cone loses its proper damping, producing a buzzy, loose or noticeably weaker bass. We stock foam repair kits for KEF's common driver sizes, from 5" up to 8", matched to the correct OD/ID for the B-200 and KAR-110 ranges.

Each kit includes two surrounds, T7000 adhesive, an application brush and full instructions, so a matched pair of speakers can be refoamed in one order. It's a cost-effective way to bring a classic KEF driver back to its original tight, well-controlled bass.
