JVC produced huge numbers of hi-fi speakers through the 70s, 80s and 90s, and models like the SK-500 II/SK-600 II/SK-700 series and the SP-PWM45 are still common in UK homes. The foam surrounds on these drivers have generally reached the end of their working life by now, going brittle and cracking away from the cone, which produces buzzing, rattling or a noticeable loss of bass depth. We stock foam repair kits across JVC's common driver sizes, from 6.5" up to 10", matched to the correct OD/ID for the SK and SX/SP model ranges.

Each kit includes two surrounds, T7000 adhesive, a fitting brush and full instructions, enough to refoam a matched pair of speakers in one order. It's a simple, affordable repair that restores a JVC speaker's original bass performance without needing a replacement driver.
