Genesis speakers, including the numbered series (1, 2, 3, 4, 33, 210, 320) and the Genre range, were popular mid-market hi-fi speakers through the 80s and 90s, and plenty are still in daily use across the UK. The foam surrounds on these drivers reach the end of their life the same way as any foam-edged speaker: the material dries out, cracks, and eventually crumbles away from the cone, leading to buzzing, rattling or a loss of bass output. We stock foam repair kits across Genesis's common sizes, from 6.5" up to 10", matched to the OD/ID used across the numbered and Genre model ranges.

Each kit comes with two surrounds, T7000 adhesive, a brush and clear instructions, enough to refoam a full pair of speakers in one go. It's a straightforward, affordable way to bring a Genesis speaker back to its original sound rather than replacing the whole unit.
