ESB speakers, including the Model 7/01 and Model 7/08 ranges, are less common finds today but turn up in collections of vintage British and European hi-fi. Like almost every driver of this era, the factory-fitted foam surround eventually hardens and cracks, leaving the cone loose in the basket and the bass sounding thin, buzzy or absent altogether. We stock foam repair kits sized for the 8" and 10" ESB drivers used in the Model 7 series, matched to the correct OD/ID for a clean fit.

Each kit comes with two surrounds, T7000 adhesive, a brush and full instructions, enough to refoam a matched pair of speakers in one order. It's a straightforward repair that brings an otherwise hard-to-replace vintage driver back into service without the expense of sourcing a donor unit.
